CURRENT RESIDENT INFORMATION

Pets are allowed in all of our units. A maximum of 2 pets per unit is strictly enforced. A one time, non-refundable, $150 fee per pet is required at the time of lease signing. Pet owner's are responsible for cleaning up after their pet both inside and outside of the unit.
All rent payments are due on the 1st of every month. If rent is not received by the 5th day of the month, a $25 late fee will be applied to the account. If rent is not paid by the 10th, an additional $25 late fee will be applied to the delinquent account. All late fees are to be paid in full the following month. Any tenant experiencing sudden, unexpected financial difficulty, is urged to contact us immediately. Tenants with a past due balance in excess of one and a half month's rent, will be turned over to our legal department for further action.
Security deposits are required for all units. Deposits are due at the time of lease signing. Security Deposits are fully refundable however this is based on the condition of the property at the time of move out. We remind all residents planning to vacate their unit in the near future, to review the Move Out Document provided to them in their original lease agreement. Residents with any amount of overdue balance upon vacating their unit, will automatically forfeit their full security deposit due to breach of contract.
